Drop The Routine (“DTR”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is owned and operated by Wulfric Inc., a Delaware corporation. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our mobile application and website (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

a) Account Information

  • Email address and account identifiers
  • Profile information you provide (e.g., display name, optional photo)
  • Authentication/session data needed to keep you logged in and secure the Service

b) User Content (Community + Routines)

  • Posts, comments, reactions, and other content you submit in the message board
  • Routine progress data (e.g., completed steps, streaks, milestones)
  • Content you upload as a creator (if you are a creator)

c) Progress Photos and Media Uploads

If you choose to upload progress photos or other media, we process and store them to provide the feature (for example, to display your timeline, sync across devices, and enable deletion). These uploads are intended to be private to your account unless you explicitly share them elsewhere in the Service.

d) Payment Information

If you purchase routines or other paid features, payments are processed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). We do not store your full payment card number. We may receive limited transaction details (e.g., purchase amount, currency, payment status, and a payment reference).

e) Device, Diagnostics, and Usage Data

  • App interactions and feature usage (to improve performance and fix bugs)
  • Device information (e.g., device type, OS version)
  • Crash reports and diagnostic logs
  • Approximate location inferred from IP address (e.g., country/region) for security and compliance

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Enable routine progress tracking, photo uploads, and community features
  • Process purchases and provide customer support
  • Improve performance, troubleshoot bugs, and develop new features
  • Protect the safety and integrity of the Service (e.g., prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access)
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in these situations:

  • Service providers: hosting, storage, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, payment processing, and similar vendors who process data on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting providers and payment processors).
  • Legal and safety: if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
  • With other users: content you post in community areas (like the message board) may be visible to others based on the Service’s settings and your choices.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

4. Data Retention

We retain information as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. For example, we may retain certain records to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

5. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can request help exercising these rights by emailing us at support@droptheroutine.com.

Account deletion: If you created an account in the Service, you can request deletion of your account. Account deletion removes your account and associated personal data from our records unless we are legally required to keep certain information.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may reference third-party services (for example, payment processors or analytics providers). Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

9. International Users

If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed and stored in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
